Footwear Designer Needed for New Heel Brand

I am starting a new enterprise focused on creating a heel brand inspired by the aesthetics of Sex and the City—modern, elegant, and statement-making footwear. The vision is to design heels that capture sophistication and empowerment while standing out in today’s fashion market.
I am looking for an experienced footwear designer to collaborate with me on the first stage of this brand. The goal is to develop design concepts and technical drawings that can move into prototyping.
What I’m Looking For:
Professional experience in footwear design (heels preferred).
A portfolio showcasing previous work (sketches, 3D renders, or completed shoe designs).
Understanding of the footwear production process, ideally with experience preparing technical packs for manufacturers.
Ability to deliver creative, high-quality designs that align with the brand vision.
Project Scope:
Development of initial design concepts.
Finalization of selected designs into technical drawings/tech packs suitable for prototyping.
Guidance or recommendations regarding suitable materials, construction, and manufacturability.
Timeline:
The first stage (design concepts + technical drawings) needs to be completed within one month.
