Foot Massager MVP Prototype

Job ID: 40514332

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already have a complete STEP-format CAD model of my foot massage device and have sourced the key parts I’d like to use inside it. What I still need is a skilled electrical engineer who can turn that mechanical shell into a working MVP that we can put in front of early testers.

Core features to implement
• Adjustable pressure driven by a compact motor system
• Consistent, safe heat therapy integrated into the same housing

Scope of work
You will review my CAD, confirm that the components I’ve chosen truly fit the envelope, then design and build the electrical architecture that powers both features. This includes creating the schematics, selecting any supporting parts I may have missed (drivers, temperature controllers, safety fuses, wiring gauges, connectors), and physically assembling one fully functional unit. A short test protocol verifying vibration ranges, surface temperature stability and basic safety is part of the assignment so we know the prototype is ready for user feedback.

Deliverables
1. Finalised electrical schematic and BOM
2. Wiring layout clearly referenced to my STEP file
3. Assembled working prototype (1 unit) with vibration and heat fully operational
4. Test report confirming functionality and safety limits

I’m happy to supply the mechanical parts and the components I’ve already sourced. Everything else—additional parts, PCB design if required, cabling, and assembly—falls within this project. If you’re confident with small electromechanical builds and have experience merging heat elements with vibration systems, let’s get this MVP built.
