Foam Prototype for Visual Study

I’m preparing a form-study assignment for my industrial design course and I need a skilled hand to turn my concept into a clean, presentation-ready foam prototype. The focus is strictly on prototyping—no extra 3D modelling or CAD work required beyond what is necessary to read my drawings and translate them into a tangible model.

Here is what I’m after:
• Material: rigid modelling foam (e.g., blue or pink insulation foam, PU, or similar) shaped and finished to a smooth, paint-ready surface.
• Purpose: pure visual presentation, so accuracy of form, contour fidelity, and a refined surface finish matter more than mechanical strength or internal structure.
• Scale: I will supply sketches, basic dimensions, and any reference imagery; you match them precisely.
• Deliverables: progress snapshots at key stages (rough cut, refined form, final surfaced model) plus the final physical prototype safely packaged for delivery to me.

If you already have the tools for foam cutting, sanding, filling, and priming—and a portfolio that shows similarly finished mock-ups—I’d love to see it. Turnaround time is about two weeks once you receive the files, but let me know if you need slightly longer.
