Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m building a next-generation video-game controller accessory and need a seasoned engineer to transform the idea into a production-ready flexible PCB. The board must seamlessly read analog input through potentiometers, handle multiple digital button presses, and stream everything wirelessly with low latency.

Here’s what the project looks like from my side:

• Concept to Production – I’ll share mechanical constraints and feature goals; you’ll turn them into schematics, a carefully routed flex layout, and a clean, manufacturer-friendly BOM.
• Firmware – Write and document code that polls the potentiometers at high resolution, debounces buttons, and transmits data over a wireless link (Bluetooth LE or another robust protocol you recommend).
• Prototyping & Handoff – Provide Gerbers, assembly drawings, and flashing instructions, then guide the first fabrication run and verify that prototypes meet spec.

Acceptance criteria
1. DFM-approved Gerber/ODB++ files, centroid, and fab notes for a mainstream flex house.
2. Compilable, well-commented firmware with a README covering toolchain and flashing.
3. Prototype proof: accurate analog readings, responsive buttons, and stable wireless operation at 5 m+.
4. Brief report on component lead times plus any FCC/CE considerations for the wireless module.
