Design a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS)

I'm looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) with essential safety features. The circuit should be designed and optimized for size, bulk production, manufacturability.

Key Specifications:
- Input: 185V to 270V AC, 50/60Hz
- Output: 12V DC, 2A, 24W
- Approximate Dimension - 80mm x 25mm x 18mm

Mandatory Protection Features:
- Over Current Protection
- Surge Protection
- Over Temperature Protection
- Over Load Protection

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in SMPS design
- Strong background in electrical safety standards
- Experience with protection circuits

- Schematic
- Bill of Material (Should contain the components available in India)
- PCB Layout (Single Layer)
- 3D View
- Panel to fit in 150 mm x 250 mm (V-Cut)
