Custom Push-Button Lever Prototype Build

Job ID: 40159898

Budget: $15 – $25 CAD

I'm currently based in Sri Lanka and this project would be for Sri Lankan freelancers since I would like to acquire the prototype once completed.

I need a functional prototype that turns the press of a momentary push-button switch (similar in function to the attached image) into a simple lever motion. When the switch is pressed downward, the button end of a 10 - 20 cm wooden stick must pivot downward so the opposite end lifts upward.

Readily-available, hardware-store parts would be ideal; the switch body itself can be plastic, metal, wood—whatever you find easiest to source and machine, as long as it matches the feel of a typical momentary push button.

What I expect from you:
• A working prototype that demonstrates the described motion.
• A clear parts list specifying exact items and where to buy them locally or online.
• Step-by-step build notes (text or annotated photos) covering fabrication, assembly, and wiring.

If you need to break the work into milestones (e.g., design approval, parts procurement, final build), feel free to outline that in your offer.
