Custom PCIe Interposer Board Schematic Creation

I need an electronics engineer to create a schematic capture (in EasyEDA or KiCad) for a custom PCB, based on detailed documentation and a diagram I will provide. This is a passive PCIe x16 interposer board with 3 PCIe x16 connectors, LEDs, and a few passive components (resistors). I only need the electrical schematic (components + pin-to-pin connections) — NOT the physical PCB layout/routing, which will be handled separately afterward. Deliverable: EasyEDA or KiCad project file with schematic, ready to be used for a layout service. Files with full technical specifications will be shared with the selected freelancer.
