Battery Anti-Suicide Fan Prototype
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a compact, battery-powered working model of an anti-suicide ceiling fan made primarily from plastic. The unit must demonstrate how the fan instantly stops when abnormal load or motion is detected, simulating a real-world prevention system.
Core functions I must see:
• Automatic shut-off triggered the moment weight or obstruction is sensed
• Motion sensors that recognise unusual movement around the blades and cut power before contact occurs
• Simple push-button restart once the obstruction is cleared, so I can show quick recovery during demos
The prototype should fit on a desktop stand, run for at least 30 minutes on common AA or rechargeable cells, and visibly display the shut-off event (LED or buzzer is fine). Standard hobby electronics such as Arduino, IR sensors, or load cells are acceptable as long as the wiring is tidy and the casing looks presentable for classroom or exhibition use.
I will consider the job complete when you ship a fully assembled model, a short video of it operating, and the schematic with part list so I can replicate or repair it later.
