Prototype development for dog toy

I'm looking for a partner to help design the protoype of a dog ball. The ball will be latex and based on a model we have. I'm looking to modify an existing ball, and would like help with design, advice on materials, and leads for companies that could handle short-run production of an initial short-run batch once we produce the prototype.

The ball itself is a small latex "squeaky" ball that resembles a miniature soccer ball, roughly four inches in diameter. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you!
