SG3525 60V DC-DC Converter
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete DC-DC converter design that uses the SG3525 PWM controller to boost 11–15V DC up to a regulated 60 V DC output. The goal is a reliable, compact solution I can move straight into prototyping and small-batch production.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• Schematic drawn in any mainstream EDA tool (KiCad, Altium or similar) showing all components around the SG3525, the power stage, feedback network, protection circuitry, and any recommended filtering.
• Bill of materials with readily available parts and clear component ratings.
• PCB layout files, including Gerbers and assembly drawings, optimized for low noise and good thermal performance.
• Basic simulations or calculated design notes that verify duty cycle limits, transformer/inductor sizing, efficiency and thermal behaviour at full load.
• Short design brief explaining key design decisions so future revisions are straightforward.
If you have experience pushing the SG3525 to high step-up ratios, or you’ve built similar 12 V to 48–60 V converters before, please mention it—proof in the form of screenshots, photos or previous schematics is welcome. I’m happy to discuss component brand preferences or any topology tweaks you find necessary to hit 60 V stably under load.
