Write a sample proposal

I need someone to write a sample proposal for a mobile application. I need someone that is able to start on this immediately and deliver it within the next 8-10 hours. You must be able to understand spoken English as I've created a video to explain the application.
I need the proposal to be about 6-7 pages long and should itemize each of the features of the application in detail. I explain those in a video that you are able to reference when writing the proposal. Again, this is only for writing a proposal. You don't have to do any development.
Please write "I understand spoken English and have read the entire project description and made an accurate bid" with your bid so that I know that you read the entire project description.
