Translation Proposal Admin Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for reliable, detail-oriented support to keep our translation services pipeline moving. The core of the role is preparing clear, persuasive business proposals that reflect our brand voice, answer each prospect’s requirements, and position us as the best linguistic partner.
Most assignments will arrive as formal RFPs; once I forward them to you, I’ll count on you to extract the key criteria, craft the tailored proposal, and circle back with any clarifying questions before submission. Beyond that documents need to be cleanly formatted (Word or Google Docs), free of language errors, and ready for my final sign-off.
When an RFP includes a response form or online portal, you’ll also handle that data entry step so everything is delivered on time. Turnaround is typically two to three business days per proposal, sometimes faster for smaller requests.
To succeed you should be comfortable with:
• Researching client-specific terminology in the translation/localization space
• Structuring executive summaries, scope, pricing tables, and timelines
• Matching tone to corporate style guides and past winning bids
I’ll supply previous proposals, rate cards, and any reference glossaries you need. Please share a brief note on your experience writing business proposals—ideally within professional services—and a sample that shows how you translate technical requirements into compelling copy.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. DO NOT contact us outside of this platform
2. Your written English must be native level
3. You must have prior experience in responding to RFPs or similar experience
4. You must be able to work with us for a set weekly schedule based on certain number of hours (same schedule for the entire week).
