Responsibilities:

Utilize 100 connects per month on Upwork and 150 messages per month on Freelancer.com to craft compelling proposals.
Target a minimum of 10 positive replies or leads from each platform, with a goal of converting at least 5 leads into actual projects.
Develop tailored proposals that highlight our unique offerings and resonate with potential clients, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and requirements.
Maintain clear communication with our team regarding progress and strategies, ensuring alignment with our goals.
Monitor trends and adapt bidding strategies based on the competitive landscape of both platforms.
Requirements:

Proven experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.com with a track record of successful project conversions.
Exceptional proposal writing skills with a knack for persuasive communication.
Familiarity with the subscription models of Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr, with the ability to utilize these platforms effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage outreach and follow-ups efficiently.
Ability to analyze client feedback and refine proposals for better outcomes.
