Position Overview
We're seeking a forward-thinking proposal professional to revolutionize our government RFP response process using AI-powered writing tools and automation. This role combines traditional proposal excellence with cutting-edge AI integration to win more government contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Deploy and manage AI writing assistants and automation tools to accelerate proposal creation
Develop reusable content libraries optimized for AI retrieval
Ensure 100% compliance with government solicitation requirements
Coordinate with SMEs while using AI to synthesize technical content
Establish AI-enhanced quality control processes for accuracy and compliance
Track win rates and continuously refine AI-assisted proposal strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years writing winning government proposals
Proven experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong understanding of gov requirements
Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines (Draft and finalize proposal)
Experience with proposal management software
Preferred Qualifications
APMP certification
Experience training or fine-tuning AI models for proposal content
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow automation
Background in federal contracting or procurement
Technical writing experience in specialized government sectors
You will be paid monthly and its part time for 600.00 with room to grow.
