RJS Consulting is a SAM.gov-registered firm actively chasing federal opportunities and we need persuasive, submission-ready proposals turned around fast. Solicitations range across defense, healthcare, infrastructure and other civilian agencies, so versatility with FAR, Section L & M, and varying agency supplements is essential.
For every RFP I will supply our technical inputs, past-performance data, pricing figures and any teaming information; you build the win theme, map requirements, and craft a fully compliant document that scores high on the evaluation grid. Typical scope includes reading the solicitation, creating a compliance matrix, outlining, writing executive, technical and management sections, inserting limited graphics, and polishing for portal upload.
