RFP Response Writer – Janitorial Services Proposal - Technical Propsoal Writer

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented federal proposal writer to develop a complete and fully compliant RFP response package for a janitorial services contract opportunity. This project requires a unique, customized, and responsive proposal—not a generic template or AI-generated summary.
Scope of Work:
Draft a tailored Technical Approach Narrative (max 5 pages) that clearly and directly addresses the performance requirements, staffing plan, supervision, coverage for absences, quality control, and bio-based product usage as specified in the solicitation.

Key Requirements:
