Proposify Proposal Copy & Design

I need a polished, client-winning proposal built directly inside Proposify. The aim is to impress a brand-new prospect, so every word and graphic has to reinforce credibility and value while keeping a formal, professional tone.

You will craft strong copy for the four core sections I rely on—Company overview, Case studies, Pricing details, and PRoduct descriptions—then shape the layout inside Proposify so the flow feels intuitive, pages look premium, and the final export is presentation-ready in both web and PDF formats.

Brand colours, fonts, logos, and raw content assets will be supplied. Your job is to refine that material, structure it logically, add or suggest complementary imagery/icons, and configure any variables, tables, or interactive pricing blocks that Proposify supports.

Deliverables
• Fully formatted Proposify proposal ready to send, containing the four sections above
• High-resolution PDF for review
• One round of revisions covering copy or layout tweaks

The project is complete once the document is live in my Proposify account and displays perfectly on desktop and mobile preview.
