Project Scope
1. Review the company’s value proposition (what we do, how we deliver work, target clients)
2. Identity potential donors / NGOs / financial institutions who would offer one or several of the following:
2.1 Grants to small consulting firms
2.2. Subsidies of work or services rendered to the industry or sectors of relevance (e.g. Manufacturing,
Digital Transformation) to either companies seeking to digitally transform, or companies like ours who
help achieve DT.
2.3. Governments or entities thereof who offer financial support to either companies seeking to digitally
transform, or companies like ours who help achieve DT.
