Performance sailing charters -- 2

We are looking for someone with strong English skills that has experience writing business proposals. We have an outline and the details for a business we just need someone that has experience putting together well worded and paid out business proposals. The proposal is for a performance yacht charter time share and having some idea of holidaying and sailing would be beneficial but not a firm requirement.
