We are seeking an experienced Indian Tender / Proposal Engineer to support our Oil & Gas business by sourcing competitive prices from multiple manufacturers and preparing professional technical and commercial proposals with high speed and accuracy.
The key focus of this role is price sourcing, comparison, and structured bid preparation.

Key Responsibilities
• Source prices from multiple factories and OEMs (India, China, Korea, Europe).
• Communicate directly with manufacturers (not brokers only).
• Prepare professional Technical Proposals in line with RFQ requirements.
• Prepare Commercial Offers with clear pricing structure and terms.
• Develop Price Comparison Sheets and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and professional presentation of all submissions.
• Support Oil & Gas and EPC tenders.

Mandatory Requirements
• Indian nationality.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas / EPC tendering.
• Strong ability to obtain prices quickly from different manufacturers.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in technical compliance and commercial bid preparation.
