Need online Bidder / Proposal Writer for Web Development & Digital Marketing Projects

We are a growing IT company (web steppe technologies indore) providing services in website design, web development, and digital marketing. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced bidder who can help us get quality projects and long-term clients.
Your main role will be to find relevant jobs on Upwork, freelancer and send personalized proposals based on client requirements. We are not looking for copy-paste or AI-generated proposals. We need someone who understands the client’s needs and writes proposals that feel human and increase chances of getting replies.
You should have good knowledge of services like WordPress development, Shopify, Wix, SEO, and general web solutions so you can understand what the client is asking for.
Your Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant jobs daily on Upwork
Write customized and high-converting proposals
Understand project requirements before applying
Communicate with clients if needed
Follow up with interested leads
Requirements:
Proven experience in Upwork bidding
Strong written English (simple and clear)
Ability to write human-based proposals (no copy-paste)
Basic understanding of web development and digital services
Serious and result-oriented mindset
Payment Structure:
We are open to:
Fixed monthly payment + commission

Per project / per lead basis
