Monthly Federal Bid Manager

Scope of Work
Daily Pipeline Management: Run daily scans on SAM.gov to identify three high-probability opportunities that align with our core competencies. I expect a daily briefing on these, including a Go/No-Go recommendation based on our win probability.
Prime Bidding & Teaming: Lead the effort to secure our position as a Prime contractor. When a solicitation requires capabilities we don’t currently house, you are responsible for vetting and onboarding qualified subcontractors to form a winning joint bid.
Proposal Execution: Manage the entire lifecycle from the compliance matrix to the final submission. I need the narratives and pricing to be rock-solid, fully compliant with Section L & M, and ready for my final review at least 48 hours before the deadline.
Winning Targets: You are expected to deliver a pipeline that results in at least three contract wins per month. I need you to own the process, not just support it.
Acceptance Criteria
Performance Metrics: Success is measured by a minimum of three federal contract wins per month. I will also evaluate your performance based on the accuracy of your bid strategy and the effectiveness of the sub-contracting teams you assemble.
Essential Expertise: You must be fluent in FAR, DFARS, and the nuances of winning as a Prime. If you haven't successfully managed prime/sub teaming agreements and secured federal awards, do not apply..
