Looking for a business assistant in U.S.

I am looking for U.S locals who can assist my work from remote.
The work will be related to job search or applying on the behalf of me, as my daily work is mostly based on outside.
I am going to start with lower rate, but going to re-consider the monthly wage as time goes by.
