Project Title: Create Full Investor Package for International Healthcare Recruitment company development

Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to prepare a complete investor document package for an international healthcare recruitment company development based in Germany. The business recruits skilled nurses, doctors, and vocational students from third countries and places them in the German healthcare system through a digital platform.
The engineers and other employees will be added in the next phase to the system.
These materials will be presented to investors in China, Russia, and Europe. The style and content should reflect investor expectations in these markets.

1. Investor Pitch Deck (10–15 slides)
• Professionally designed, Format: PowerPoint or Google Slides, Tailored to international investors
2. One-Page Investor Memo (PDF)
• High-level summary of the business model, traction, financials, and the investment ask
3. One-Page Term Sheet (non-equity deal) – A simple outline of the investment structure, including:
• Amount being raised, Return (e.g., 20% of profit annually + return of investment), Timeline, Exit
strategy
4. Light Business Plan (5–10 pages) – Concise written version of the deck with
more detail: Problem & solution, Product overview, Go-to-market strategy,
Financials, Competitive analysis, Team, Risk factors, Funding needs and use of
funds
5. Financial Forecast Summary (2025–2029)
• Revenue forecasts, Expense estimates (e.g., staff, marketing, operations), Cash
flow, Profit margins, Break-even point, Return on Investment (ROI)
6. [Optional / Bonus]: Translations
• Chinese (Simplified) and/or Russian translations of the pitch deck and memo
