Hiring: Only Experince Business Analyst (Web Projects)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can drive client acquisition and manage end-to-end project communication for web development services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Understand client requirements and convert them into clear business requirements
Prepare proposals, cost estimations, and project scope documents
Handle client communication, negotiation, and deal closure
Act as a bridge between client and development team
Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Required Skills:
Strong communication & client handling skills
Experience in requirement gathering & analysis
Proposal writing and sales understanding
Knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
Basic understanding of web development (non-coding)
Preferred:
Experience in closing international clients
Understanding of website flow, UI/UX, and business use cases
Prior experience in BA / BDE / IT Sales
Compensation:
Commission-based (10%–20%)
