HOLI PARTY PROPOSAL TO UNIVERSITY

The festival of colors, Holi, is the most vibrant of all Hindu festivals. On this festive day, people play with colors, meet, and greet one another and create new beginnings. This is the day when people apply colors to one another, party, and enjoy. So my event will have 3000 attendees and in order to make it happen, I have to propose the event to the university so I need someone to help me wrire the proposal.
