I am a beginner on freelancing platforms and I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can guide me step-by-step on how to write professional and winning project proposals so I can start securing projects quickly. I need clear, practical, and easy-to-apply guidance on how to analyze job posts, understand client expectations, choose the right proposal angle, and write concise yet persuasive bids that immediately build trust. A strong focus should be on creating well-structured project timelines and milestones so clients see me as reliable and organized. The freelancer should provide real examples of effective proposals, explain why they work, and help me structure proposals professionally including introduction, skills, timeline, and closing. I also need support with communication tone, clarity, and confidence while bidding. Deliverables should include one live coaching session (voice or video) covering bidding strategies and best practices, a reusable professional proposal template highlighting all key sections especially timeline and milestones, and written actionable feedback on two of my draft proposals before submission. By the end of this project, I want to feel confident tailoring proposals quickly, clearly mapping out timelines, communicating professionally with clients, and improving my chances of converting bids into actual freelance contracts.
