Federal Contract Bid Specialist

Job ID: 40261121

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a seasoned bid specialist who already understands the federal procurement process—from locating the right opportunities on SAM.gov to shaping a persuasive, fully compliant proposal package. My immediate priorities are solid market research to pinpoint winnable solicitations, clear-headed proposal writing that speaks to evaluation criteria, and the actual electronic submission of each bid on time and in the right format.

Past performance matters to me. Please be ready to show specific federal contracts you have helped win (contract number, agency, brief scope, and the part you played).

Scope of work
• Market research: analyse upcoming solicitations, competitor landscape, NAICS codes, set-asides and contract vehicles that fit my business profile.
• Proposal development: draft every narrative section, integrate pricing inputs I supply, and keep everything aligned with FAR and agency-specific templates.
• Submission & follow-through: assemble final documents, upload via the designated portal, confirm receipt, and track Q&A or amendment notices until award.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least three targeted opportunities documented with justification for pursuit.
2. A complete, submission-ready proposal package delivered 48 hours before each agency deadline, free of compliance errors.
3. Confirmation email or portal receipt showing the bid was accepted by the contracting officer.

Preferred tools and references include MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, SAM.gov, beta.SAM templates, and any proposal automation software you already trust.

Timelines will be agreed per opportunity; expect the first research report within one week of kickoff. I’m ready to move quickly once I see evidence of your federal wins.
