Compelling Project Proposal Drafting

I have a new build in mind and what I need right now is a clear, persuasive project proposal that gives decision-makers everything they require to green-light the work. The draft should walk the reader from the big idea through objectives, scope, technical approach, resources, timeline, budget breakdowns and risk considerations, all tied together with a concise executive summary and a strong call-to-action.
You’ll be free to interview me or work from any notes I provide so the document captures the project’s unique value, yet I count on you to shape that raw input into polished English, consistent formatting and a professional tone. I typically review in Google Docs or Word, so please deliver in one of those formats with editable text.
Deliverables
• Executive summary
• Full project proposal (10–15 pages is usually enough, but I’ll trust your judgement)
• A brief revision round to incorporate my feedback
Completion is accepted when the proposal flows logically, is free of grammatical errors, includes every section listed above and can be shared with stakeholders immediately after my final review.
