Title: Commission-Based Freelance Bidding Assistant (40% Revenue Share)

Description:
I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) offering services on Freelancer and I’m looking for a long-term assistant to help me win more projects.

My core services:

Monthly bookkeeping & reconciliations (personal + business)

Excel cleanup, automation & data restructuring

Financial modelling & forecasting

Marketplace/catalog work (Amazon/Flipkart flat files, bulk uploads, etc.)

Your responsibilities:

Identify high-quality, relevant projects on Freelancer

Draft customised, high-conversion proposals (I’ll share templates + portfolio)

Help manage client communication until the project is awarded

Maintain a simple tracker of bids, status, and results

Payment structure:

This is a commission-only role.

You will receive 40% of my net earnings per project (after Freelancer fees).

Payment will be released via milestones once the client releases payment to me.

Ideal candidate:

Strong written English and proposal-writing skills

Prior experience winning projects on Freelancer (any category; finance/Excel a plus)

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on a pure performance basis
