Civil Works Technical Writer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
This project is to construct a new 12 storey Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) plus cab and balcony floors with a reinforced concrete pile foundation, steel superstructure, precast concrete facade, and a standing seam metal roof.
This project will include an elevator, a catwalk surrounding the tower cab as well as fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC, emergency Power, utilities, site improvements and other required support to provide a complete and usable facility. The facility will also have space to support a RADAR approach control system.
All facilities are designed as permanent construction. Sustainable principles, to include Life Cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project. This project will comply with Antiterrorism/ Security protection requirements.
The Project contains 9 Documents, which are required to be read, with the chosen Freelancer providing the best Technical write/up design.

Mobilization and Demobilization in accordance with the contract documents
Site Survey in accordance with the contract documents
Construct Air Traffic Control Tower in accordance with the contract documents

The Technical Approach portion of a Freelancer’s Technical Write up proposal will be limited to ten (10) pages in total.
A Microsoft GANTT Chart will be required to be produced for the content of work required for the complete duration of the Project consisting of all the project subjects listed above.
The technical write up to be completed by the 23rd December (2 weeks to complete).
The chosen Freelancer at all times must keep the Client up to date and involved in the work produced for this project. As the work is produced, parts of the write is to be submitted to the client for my approval, so that proof reading is ongoing as the work is produced.
Failure to complete the Project to a professional standard, payment will not be honoured.
