Review bid/RFP requirements for janitorial and medical cleaning contracts
• Draft clear, professional proposals with accurate scope of work, compliance, and pricing structures
• Help build templates we can reuse for multiple bids
• Provide guidance on competitive pricing and contract strategy
Qualifications:
• Proven experience writing janitorial/cleaning or facilities service proposals
• Familiarity with government bids (SAM.gov, state portals, CommBuys, NH Vendor Registry) preferred
• Strong business writing and formatting skills (Word/PDF)
• Ability to work with provided walkthrough notes, square footage, and cleaning scopes
