We are a business consultancy firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented business plan writer for an ongoing, long-term collaboration.
This role involves drafting business plans only (text content only – no financial forecasts) for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to:
• Bank loan applications
• Investor proposals
• Tender / bid submissions
• Other formal business proposals as required
This is not limited only to banks and investors—plans may also be required for bids or other professional use cases.
Scope of Work
• Prepare complete business plans (no financial projections)
• Follow a standard format and structure that will be provided
• Ensure consistent professional tone, layout, and formatting
• Customize content according to:
• Type of business
• Industry
• Location
• Purpose of the plan (loan, investment, bid, etc.)
• If amendments are required, they must be done using a similar professional structure and styling, aligned with our standard format
Use of ChatGPT or other AI tools is allowed, provided the final output is well-written, relevant, and tailored to the specific business.
Volume & Payment
• Approximately 20–40 business plans per month
• USD 10 per completed business plan
• Long-term work for consistent performers
• Lowest bidder with acceptable quality will be prioritized
Ideal Candidate

• Ability to strictly follow given formats and instructions
• Strong written English and professional writing style
• Can manage high-volume work with tight timelines
