We are a UK based company and I require a competent bid writer to help me secure a contract in Canada. For this project, I'm specifically looking for a bid writer with experience in securing contracts for rolling stock lighting upgrades. This upgrade involves the acquisition of direct-powered LED tubes (without ballast) for metro cars.
