Aviation Copywriter & Proposal Specialist

Job ID: 39880366

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I run a small aviation and strategy consulting firm and need an experienced writer who can keep our communications crisp, on-brand, and ready for client scrutiny.

Core focus
• Draft, structure, and polish client deliverables—slide decks, reports, Excel exhibits, and Word documents—using the MS Office suite in alignment with our brand, or the client's requirements.
• Shape winning proposals and RFQ responses: organise sections, create logical flow, and refine language until every requirement is met.

Secondary support
• Tidy and improve the copy I draft for LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Produce concise outbound email campaigns that speak to airline executives and investors.
• Refresh web pages with clear, aviation-savvy copy when new services launch.
• Jump in on ad-hoc communications tasks as they crop up.

You’ll thrive here if you can translate technical aviation concepts into plain English, juggle multiple deadlines, and format documents so they land perfectly the first time. Familiarity with bid libraries, email marketing tools, and SEO basics for web copy will help you hit the ground running.

When you respond, please share two relevant RFQs you’ve created and tell me which aviation or technical subjects you’ve tackled before. A strong preference for an Australian contractor with familiarity airport and government operations across Australia and the Pacific.
