Artificial Intelligence Consulting

I'm looking for an Artificial Intelligence consultant to work on a project with me. My primary goal is to develop a strategy for future implementation of AI, and I am seeking a timeline of 1-3 months to complete the project. I do not have any existing data or models, so I need the consultant to provide it. The consultant should have experience with building, training and deploying AI capabilities that are tailored to my project's needs.
