Post property adverts on OpenRent
Post on SpareRoom
Post on Gumtree
Share listings in relevant Facebook groups
Manage Zoopla listings (where applicable)
Respond to enquiries and qualify leads
Keep a simple spreadsheet of enquiries and viewings
Requirements:
Experience with UK property portals preferred
Excellent written English
Attention to detail
Available daily
Pay:
£50 per successful qualified lead
Bonus paid after every 10 qualified leads that result in 2 completed deals
Long-term work available for the right person
