Rope-Access Residential Window Cleaning
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The exterior windows on my multi-storey residential block need a thorough clean carried out by a certified rope-access technician. Because of the height and limited ground space, abseil access is the only practical method.
The job is straightforward: clean every exterior pane, frame and sill so they are streak-free and clear. I’ll provide site access and water supply; you bring all IRATA-compliant gear, cleaning solutions and safety equipment. Work must be completed safely, with minimal disruption to residents, any time within the next four weeks.
Deliverables
• Full exterior window clean (frames, glass, sills)
• Before-and-after photo set for each elevation
• Brief safety report confirming equipment inspection and rope-access procedures followed
Payment released once photos show a spotless finish and the safety report is received. If the timing and scope suit your experience, let’s schedule the work.
