Reservation and Customer Service Agent

The Reservation and Customer Service Agent will manage guest and agent reservations using the Guesty system. They will be responsible for ensuring all bookings either from booking channels have been set up correctly, as well as ensure any agent bookings are added to the calendar manually . They will also monitor a mailbox and respond to any calls with regard to reservations or general questions from our customers. We are looking for 5 hours per day initially with a view to extend these hours to the right candidate. Our office is open 8.30am to 5.30pm UK GMT and there will be out of hours emergency support where the candidate will be expected to receive any referrals from our out of office team.
