Remote Vacation Rental Manager Needed
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m looking for an experienced online property manager to take full day-to-day control of my vacation rentals listed on Airbnb and Vrbo. The portfolio is small but growing, so I need someone who can keep guests happy, keep the homes in top shape, and keep the cashflow organized.
Core duties
• Manage all guest and tenant communications—from the first inquiry to the farewell message—with a friendly, timely tone.
• Handle maintenance requests by coordinating cleaners, handymen, and other local vendors until each issue is fully resolved.
• Oversee rent collection and payout reconciliation, making sure every stay is charged correctly and reported on time.
Additional expectations
• Maintain and sync calendars, pricing, and availability across Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Flag opportunities to improve listings, reviews, and occupancy rates.
• Produce a concise monthly report covering revenue, expenses, upcoming repairs, and guest feedback.
Required background
• Proven track record managing vacation rentals on both Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Comfortable with common tools like Hostaway, Guesty, or similar channel managers.
• Strong written English, problem-solving skills, and vendor-negotiation experience.
• Availability to respond to guests within one hour between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (local property time).
