• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Maintain high standards for property presentation, upkeep, and compliance.
• Work with property management tools like Guesty or Smoobu to streamline operations.
What we’re looking for:
Experience managing VRBO / short-term rental platforms
Strong operational & financial skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Knowledge of property-management software is a plus
Understanding of global short-term rental regulations
