Your daily focus will be to keep guests happy, turnovers smooth, and nightly rates competitive so the listings stay highly ranked and profitable.

• Guest communication – respond to inquiries, send check-in instructions, and resolve issues promptly through Airbnb and VRBO messaging
• Cleaning coordination – schedule and confirm cleaners after each stay, verify task completion, and update calendars to avoid overlaps
• Pricing management – monitor local demand, adjust nightly rates with smart-pricing tools, and flag opportunities for last-minute discounts or longer-stay promotions
