The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing properties on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, with a strong grasp of operational workflows, pricing strategies, and guest experience management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of short-term rental properties
- Optimize pricing
- Strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Oversee calendar and booking management across multiple platforms
- Handle guest communication, ensuring prompt, professional, and high-quality interactions - Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services remotely
- Maintain smooth operational workflows from booking to check-out
- Monitor property performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with international rental regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing short-term rental properties (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO)
- Strong operational understanding of pricing optimization,
- Calendar and booking management

- Familiarity with property management tools such as Guesty or Smoobu (considered an advantage)
