Remote Property Manager (Airbnb & VRBO)

We’re hiring an experienced Remote Property Manager to manage and optimize short-term rentals on Airbnb and Vrbo.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of multiple listings
Optimize pricing & availability to maximize revenue
Handle guest communication (booking → checkout)
Coordinate cleaning & maintenance
Use tools like Guesty / Smoobu
Track performance & improve results

Requirements
Proven Airbnb/VRBO management experience
Strong pricing & revenue optimization skills
Familiar with PMS tools (Guesty, Smoobu, etc.)
Excellent communication & organization
Detail-oriented, proactive, and independent

Preferred Location
We are prioritizing candidates based in:
Europe
North America
Central or South America

Compensation (Choose One)
1. Part-Time: £1,100/month + 2% commission
2. Partnership: 15% commission (no salary, high earning potential)
