About the Role:

CCK Holding is looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our team remotely. This role involves managing property listings, assisting guests, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring smooth operations for short-term rental properties. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings and recruit candidates for property management positions.
• Review and shortlist potential candidates based on company criteria.
• Provide selected candidates with project details and ensure they understand their responsibilities.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants and submit required candidate information.
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure smooth booking processes for properties.

Requirements:
• Must be located in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
• No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
• Ability to manage tasks remotely and communicate effectively.
• Candidates must have an active Airbnb account (as a guest).
