Remote Property Manager (Buildium Required)

Project Title: Virtual Property Manager (Part-Time | Buildium Experience Required)
Project Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 2 mobile home parks and 4 single-family homes. The ideal candidate must have experience with Buildium property management software and will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the system are properly configured for lease renewals, rent collection, late fees, tenant communications, and more.
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday, with additional time initially to set up the system. Responsibilities include maintaining property records in Buildium, verifying rent settings, sending reminders for late payments or lease renewals, generating reports, monitoring maintenance requests, and communicating with tenants as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Buildium software (required).
- Strong understanding of rental property management operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
- Prior experience with mobile home parks or single-family rentals is a plus.
