Remote Property Manager (US & EU Applicants Only)
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned property-management professional who can take full ownership of a portfolio of residential units while working completely online. You must already be based in the United States or the European Union; applications from other regions can’t be considered for regulatory and time-zone reasons.
The person I bring on will handle the everyday flow of tenant communications—answering questions, logging maintenance requests, and keeping everyone informed—while also staying on top of lease preparation, renewals, and compliance deadlines. Coordinating vendors and contractors is equally important, so your network and negotiation skills should be solid.
My ideal collaborator has 3–5 years of hands-on experience dedicated to residential properties, understands local and federal housing regulations, and can produce clear monthly reports and budget projections without prompting. Strong written and spoken English is a must, as most of our interaction with tenants and service providers happens by email and phone.
Deliverables will include:
• A weekly status summary covering occupancy, open maintenance tickets, and vendor updates
• Drafted or renewed lease documents ready for e-signature
• End-of-month financial and compliance report formatted for quick review
If you’re organized, proactive, and confident you can keep residents happy while protecting the owner’s interests, let’s talk.
How to Apply:
If you meet the above criteria and are interested, please send your CV directly.
