We are seeking an experienced Remote STR Property Manager to handle end-to-end operations for Airbnb/VRBO listings, focusing on dynamic pricing, guest communications, and channel management using tools like Guesty/Smoobu. This remote role is open to applicants in Europe and the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Revenue: Optimize nightly rates and occupancy strategies to maximize revenue.
Bookings & Comms: Handle inquiries, reservations, and 5-star guest communication.
Operations: Manage listings, calendars, and coordinate with cleaning/maintenance teams.
Tools: Proficient in property management software (Guesty, Smoobu).
Requirements:
Proven experience in short-term rental management (Airbnb/VRBO).
Strong analytical skills for competitive pricing and market trends.
Independent, detail-oriented, and available for remote work.
