We are looking for a property manager in Palm Beach county for a 22 unit apartment complex.
The best fit would be a part time employee (4 hours 5 days a week) with opportunities for additional hours. They would be responsible for making sure the units are rented, making sure people are paying rent, lawn care, minor maintenance items and handling deposits of laundry.
