I'm in need of a skilled property sourcer who can help me identify potential investment properties suited for both long-term rental income and short-term resale profit. I am open to all types of properties - Buy refurbish refinance to run as normal buy to let, - Buy refurbish refinance to run as HMO (house of multiple occupation) & buy refurbish with a view of flipping the property.
